Digital Asset Sisters ("Digital Asset Sisters," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through digitalassetsisters.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

Digital Asset Sisters LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is a digital asset education and guided-implementation company founded by Kaelin Coe and Kinley Coe. If you have any question about this policy or your information, contact us at contact@digitalassetsisters.com.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways.

  • Information you give us directly. When you submit an application, book a call, take the self-assessment quiz, or request the free guide, we collect what you enter, typically your name, email address, phone number, and general information about your financial situation, such as an investment capital range, so we can evaluate fit and prepare for a call. You choose what to submit; required fields are marked on each form.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) and the third-party tools below may automatically log standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. We also use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic and which pages people visit, using cookies and similar technology; Google Analytics does not receive the personal information you submit through our forms. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can read Google's own privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Information from the tools we use to run the Site. See "Third-party tools" below.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Evaluate applications and determine fit for our programs;
  • Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on calls;
  • Send the free guide, assessment results, or other material you request;
  • Respond to questions sent to our contact email;
  • Send occasional email or SMS updates related to what you requested, which you can opt out of at any time; and
  • Keep the Site secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party tools

Our application, booking, and quiz forms are built and hosted on GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, the customer-relationship platform we use to manage applications, scheduling, and follow-up. When you submit one of these forms, your information is sent directly to GoHighLevel on our behalf and stored in our account there. GoHighLevel's own embedded widgets may set cookies needed to make the booking calendar and forms work correctly. We do not control GoHighLevel's cookie behavior; you can read their policies directly at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard connection logs to serve the pages you request. We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic; see "Cookies" above for details.

Cookies

This Site uses Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site traffic. The embedded GoHighLevel forms and booking widget described above may also set cookies of their own, scoped to those embedded tools, to let you complete a booking or a multi-step form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may prevent Google Analytics from recognizing repeat visits and may prevent the embedded forms from working correctly.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, manage our relationship with you if you become a client, and meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see "Your choices" below.

Your choices

  • Access, correct, or delete your information. Email contact@digitalassetsisters.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
  • Opt out of email or SMS. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or email us directly.
  • California, EU/UK, and other residents with statutory privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we will honor requests to the extent required by applicable law.

Security

We rely on reputable, security-conscious vendors (Vercel and GoHighLevel) to store and transmit information, and we do not store application data on this Site itself. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here; continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
